Summer 2010 - Summer Music Series
During June, July, and August, Pilgrim will offer special music during the worship service.
Some highlights will be vocal soloists, instrumental soloists, and even an appearance by
a string quartet.
Aug 6-8, 2010 - All Church Camp Weekend - Council Grove, KS
Do you enjoy the great outdoors but don't have time for a full camp experience?
Then join us at White Memorial Camp for a church weekend where you can share the
goodness of God's creation while taking a break from the stress of everyday life.
We have access to all the camp's great facilities, which include an air conditioned
lodge with modern kitchen and bathrooms. This is really camping in comfort and
fellowship with members of the Pilgrim family.
Please call the church office at 316-685-4451 if you plan to attend, so that we can
get an accurate count for the weekend.

June, 2010 - Bible's Big Story - Study Group
Most people want to know more about the Bible, but aren't quite sure where to begin.
During the month of June, participants received a basic overview of the biblical
text using a method based on symbols and graphic images. Subsequent sessions built
on this foundation by providing more depth and detail, including the Bible's relevance
in today's life.
Apr 24, 2010 - AIDS Walk 2010
Walking is good exercise and a few individuals received a workout while raising
money for AIDS awareness. AIDS Walk 2010 was sponsored by
Positive Directions
with total donations of over $17,000. These people finished the AIDS Walk with a
sense of personal accomplishment and the satisfaction of knowing they made a difference.
