Music
Music is an important element at Pilgrim Church. Opportunities for musical worship can be
found in the Choir or the ensemble: Joyful Sound Band.
Musical leaders for Pilgrim are:
- Sue Hiebert, Music Director
- Tom Bradshaw & Susan McClellan, Worship Musicians
- Susan & Gary McClellan, Joyful Sound Band Directors
The Choir provides sacred music for Sunday services from September to June. The Band provides music on the last Sunday of each month. Both groups are open to persons of high school age and older.
Sunday School / Adult Education
Currently, we offers church school to children of pre-school age through high school during
the school year. The class is taught using the Seasons of the Spirit
curriculum.
Join us for Adult Sunday School where we explore the biblical message and how to apply it
to daily life. Whether you've been in a church for years, or are exploring the message of Christ for the
first time, there is a place for you at our Adult Sunday School.
Current discussion: The Good and Beautiful Life: Putting on the Character of Christ by James Bryan Smith.
Meetings take place Sunday morning at 9:00am and are informal. Bring along your favorite tea.
Soup Ministry
Join us each month when we share cans of soup from our Soup Bank with those
who find it hard to make ends meet. It`s a great way to meet our neighbors while
providing support for those who need a little something extra.
Cans of soup are always welcome any time of the month!
The Soup Bank is open the 2nd Saturday from 9am - 11am.
