What We Believe
As a Christian congregation we believe the basics:

We believe in God, in Jesus Christ and in the Holy Spirit. As an open and inclusive
Christian community we accept and celebrate that we are all growing in our understanding
of who God is and what it means to be faithful.

We believe that questions and even doubt can be an essential part of our
faith journey. We take the Bible seriously, but we don't interpret it literally.
- We believe that "doing" can be as important to our faith as
"believing". We are called to follow Jesus, not just understand him.
The United Church of Christ Statement of Faith and the historic creeds are not tests of faith, but rather testimonies of faith. They can serve as benchmarks for our Christian journey.
